What have your learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?

Camcorder 

Tripod 

The technology that we used was mainly a tripod and a camcorder during the filming of our media product. We used 3 camcorders to film different angles and scenes as well as used a tripod if we needed more of a steady and balanced shot of something that would be shaky if someone else filmed it. Using the camcorder was easy as all we really did was record extreme close ups of the food we cooked as breakfast and a few scenes that were filmed outside, in a car. Using the camcorder that the school provided us also meant that they were suitable for the Mac computers as when we first filmed on our phones, it wouldn't import the video clips onto the computer, meaning we had to redo everything all over again. 

YouTube 

As well as the filming technology, we also had to use sources online such as Google for the information on Fred and Rose West, Dexter and all the films that were similar to ours or inspired us. We also used YouTube for the music that went over our film, as well as YouTube converter to convert the video of the song 'How do you like your eggs' into MP3 so we would be able to put it onto iMovie. In addition we also used iMovie, to put our film together and edit everything.
